About Me

George W. Gardei

Since this is my personal blog, I figure it would be a good idea to tell my readers a little about myself.

My name is George Gardei, son of William Gardei and Donna Dickinson. I have a twin brother Douglas and a younger brother Kenneth. I currently live in Cincinnati Ohio on the campus of Gods Bible School and College.

Employment

I work in the Information Technology department at Gods Bible School and College as the IT CAMS Manager. My primary responsibility is managing CAMS and to work on special IT Projects. I also provide coverage for the Help Desk when my coworkers are out.

Education

I went to high school at Governor Mifflin Senior High in Shillington Pennsylvania. I also went to vocational school at Berks Career & Technology Center in Leesport Pennsylvania. After graduating in 1998, I moved with my family to Derry New Hampshire. I attended classes at New Hampshire Community Technical College in Manchester, later transferring to Franklin Pierce College. I graduated from Franklin Pierce with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.

Faith

I am a Christian and I believe in the doctrine of holiness. It is my desire to serve the Lord and to follow his leadership in my life. The Lord has been wonderfully good to me even though I have not always served him well. The Lord has opened the door me to work for God’s Bible School and College, a place where I can grow spiritually and in my career. I attend church at the First Bible Methodist Church in Burlington Kentucky.

Music

I enjoy listening to Hymns and old-time Christian music on Live365 and my collection of music from Bible College and song evangelists. My favorite Live365 channels are holinessmusic.com and Old Christian Radio. I play the clarinet and have been learning to play the recorder. I play during congregational singing and offertories at church.

Reading

I enjoy reading the bible. I carry a pocket bible with me everywhere and read it during my devotions and when I have spare time. I enjoy reading Christian literature and devotional books.
